General


  • What are your business hours?

    The office is open 

    • Mon - Thurs:  9am-8pm
    • Friday:  9am-6:30pm

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    • Visa

  • Do you offer refunds?

    • Classes - we do not offer refunds as active enrollments hold spots in those classes.
    • Special events - we offer refunds at 75%.  Credits can be issued for what was paid minus any food purchased.
    • Birthday Parties - please see birthday contract for refund policiy.
    • Camps - See front office for refund policy.

Classes, Registration, Tuition

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    YES!  We offer a free trial in both our gymnastics AND tumbling programs.  Please call our front office to set one up.  (832) 321-7100

  • Is there a registration fee?

    There is an annual registration fee  of $40/child.

    • Your anniversary date is the 15th of the month you registered.
    • The anniversary fee will be charged annually as long as you have an active enrollment.
    • If your anniversary date passes while you are inactive, your anniversary fee is due upon your return.  You will then owe your anniversary fee again on your regular anniversary date.
  • How much is tuition?

    • Your child's first or only class is $104/mo and is due by the 10th of the month.   It can be paid in person, over the phone or via our parent portal
    • If you choose to be on our Autopay billing schedule, you will receive a $6 discount.  If you are on Autopay, your card on file will be ran for tuition on the first of the month.  If an autopay payment cannot be processed on the first, the discount for that month is void. 
    • Any tuition not paid by the 10th incurs a $10/child late fee and all cards are run on the 11th of the month. 
    • You can add an additional class for only $50/mo!
  • Do you have sibling discounts?

    For classes, we have 

    • 10% discount for first sibling
    • 30% discount for second sibling and those thereafter
  • What is your drop policy?

    The last active enrollment in our system requires 2 week written notice.

    • If your drop date falls after the first of the month, tuition for that month will be prorated.
    • If you have multiple children OR a child with multiple classes, you can drop the second class at any time.  Only the LAST enrollment in our system requires notice.
    • Missing multiple classes DOES NOT drop your enrollment and we will not refund or credit for missed classes.

  • What about missed classes? Makeups?

    • Since our classes have strict ratios, we appreciate if you let us know about an expected absence. This way, we can offer the spot to a trial or makeup.
    • Once marked absent, your child will receive an electronic makeup token in your profile.  Tokens are valid for ONE year and can be used any day and time there is an opening in your child's level.  Your child MUST have an active enrollment.
    • Tokens cannot be used for special events.
    • Tokens can be transferred to siblings. 
    • You can only schedule makeup classes within 7 days from the date of the request.
    • If you cancel your makeup, for any reason, you will lose your makeup token.
    • Missing multiple classes DOES NOT drop your enrollment and we will not refund or credit for missed classes.  
  • What is the difference between GYMNASTICS and TUMBLING?

    Gymnastics includes all of the Olympic events

    • Girls - Vault, Beam, Bars and Floor
    • Boys - Vault, Bars, Rings, Floor, Pommel, Parallel bars

    Tumbling is basically all movements done on the floor with the body only

    • Examples:  cartwheels, roundoffs, forward rolls, back bends, backhandsprings, back tucks etc
  • Which program is best for my child?

    We have found that this varies from child to child and what their interests are.  We do offer free trials in both programs so that you can find the best fit.

    Generally, those who are in cheer take tumbling.

  • How old does my child have to be to take classes?

    GYMNASTICS

    • Tots - walking to 3 years old
    • Preschool - Ages 3-5 (fully potty trained)
    • Girls Kinder - Kinder through 1st grade
    • Big Girls - 2nd grade and up
    • Boys - Can take our tots and preschool classes then move up to the big boys' program when they hit kindergarten.

    TUMBLING

    • Tiny tumblers - ages 4-6 (fully potty trained)
    • All other levels - ages 6 and up

  • What is a special event?

    Special Events are anything outside of classes

    • Mom and Tot Playdate
    • Preschool Playdate
    • Parents Day Out
    • Parents Night Out
    • Tumbling Clinic
  • Does my child have to be a student to attend special events?

    NO! Anyone can attend our special events!

  • How old does my child have to be to attend a special event?

    • Mom and Tot Playdate - walking to prechool age
    • Preschool Playdate - ages 3-5 (fully potty trained)
    • Parents Day Out - ages 3 and up (fully potty trained)
    • Parents Night Out - ages 3 and up (fully potty trained)
    • Tumbling Clinic - ages 6+
    • Summer Camp - ages 4 and up (fully potty trained)
    • Spring Break Camp - ages 4 and up (fully potty trained)
    • Polar Express Night - ages 3+ (fully potty trained)
  • How much is entry to a special event?

    • Mom and Tot Playdate - $12 pre-registered, $15 at the door
    • Preschool Playdate- $18 pre-registered, $20 at the door
    • Parents Day Out -  $20 pre-registered, $25 at the door
    • Parents Night Out -  $20 pre-registered, $25 at the door
    • Tumbling Clinic -  $18 pre-registered, $20 at the door
  • When does pre-registration close?

    Generally, pre-registration closes at 8pm the night before each event.  

    • After that, you must register at the door.
    • Cash or check ONLY are accepted at the door.
    • You cannot call the day of the event to pre-register.
  • Do you offer sibling discounts?

    No we do not offer any sibling discount for our special events. 

  • What is the refund policy?

    If you cancel or do not attend an event that was registered for we offer two options:


    Credit - we will credit your account for what was paid minus any food purchased.


    Refund - we refund 75% of what was paid.


    THIS INCLUDES ALL SPECIAL EVENTS INCLUDING BIRTHDAY PARTIES. (Please see birthday party contract for specific terms)
