             Round offs, Bridge Kick overs & round off back handsprings on the resi

• Accelerated 1 Tumbling

             Round off back handspring on the floor, standing back handspring, back walkover

• Accelerated 2 Tumbling

             Round off back handspring series, standing back handspring, front walkover

• Advanced Tumbling

                  Round back handspring tuck, punch front

• Elite Tumbling

                   Back handspring layout, full, double full, punch front step out
